002. sadakuno

pretty upset that it's only my second one and i messed it up big time. i hope no one notices, but i think eve in the least it just looks all wrong. but i know my mistake OOOX bad sock!

some explinations.

'japan' was a fun little comic i did when i was younger that was pretty awesome. must've been pretty young back then, but it got to over 100 pages, and was just a very azumanga daioh style random comic with several japanese students. i also made a similar comic called 'america' that was the same thing with american students. they were just for me and my friends for some kick and giggles, but the characters were really fun.

kuno was first introduced tied up in his yo-yo string in the middle of a street before the others saved him. he's also not in the same grade as the other kids, and is the only one of the group of main five that is an outside-of-school acquaintance.

some of kuno's main plot points are not knowing what DDR is, his crush on miyuki, and being raised by his gay older brother.

yay yo-yos! i've never colored kuno before, so of course i chose my favorite colors for him. i think i use yellow and orange more than is healthy.
